This location is a mess. Drive thru orders are consistently wrong, only to be exacerbated by addition of an AI voice order system. Somehow their icing is so thin and melts as soon as they hand it to you, which I’ve never seen at a donut place. Will purposely go out of my way to another Dunkin to avoid this location.

Charlie’s Riding Adventures
Their prices have gotten out of control. I simply wanted a side of whipped cream (literally a squirt) and they want to charge $1.00. Done here. Their loss as I easily load >$100 a month. Teach your employees how to keep paying customers happy and not gouge them for something so simple.

The NEW Dunkin’ Donuts in North Olmsted with drive thru. They have an unusual amount of parking so that won’t be an issue LOL. Coffee was their standard but was a bit disappointed in the selection of donuts for 9:30 a.m. Fewer choices than other places.

Come here everyday, inconsistent on ice coffee, I continue to go back but today I was handed my ice coffee could tell by color they messed it up, so go back inside asked for it remade and the girl said well I made that ok well its not right yes it is. And instead of remaking it for me like I wanted handed me creamer. Poor service and inconsistent.
