We had a wonderful experience thanks to the sweet girl in the drive thru on July 4th. She could have been grumpy that she had to work on the holiday..instead she greeted us with US History trivia and was so friendly. We were traveling through town from out of state and she really made an impression. Wish we could visit this location more often! Thanks for brightening our drive home!

Mobile ordering has been off since Labor Day. I was going here almost every day and mobile ordering made it easier to do that. The drive-through line is absolutely ridiculous most of the time. I’m down to one or two days a week because of this. I know I am only one person and I’m not going to make a difference but would really like to have that convenience back

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the food and drinks are good, sometimes they’re garbage. Everyone who works there is rude af- I would be about bowled over if someone actually offered a smile and a nice word for me when I order/pick up. They’ve turned off mobile ordering recently bc they are “understaffed”, although every time I’ve been in there I’ve seen five or six employees and absolutely NOBODY works with any urgency. I’ve been in other locations that have less resources and they are more consistent and friendly. Do better DD Vermilion.
