By far one of the WORST Dunkin’s I have ever been to. I’ve given this location so many chances simply out of convenience but I will never be a customer at this location again and I advise others to skip this stop it’s very disappointing I hate to blame the employees for ownerships shortcomings.

And don’t respond to a mix up cuz I have a friend that works at this location who told me your location says this every time you don’t want to serve certain things. Midnight coffee was freezing beyond frozen both cups! The Box itself of munchkins were all sugar coated from the outside and sticky more than the glazing on the munchkins! The mini stuffed bagels were frozen not the least bit warm (the cream cheese inside were still one block piece) literally threw out the whole order and went to another branch. Absolutely disgusting!!

Awful. Had to repeat order three times at the intercom and twice at the window. Diet Pepsi, grilled cheese, cold hash browns, and 6 chocolate glazed donuts holes. Which were supposed to come in a box. What I got were two chocolate glazed donuts holes and three glazed ones. I guess they don’t know what chocolate is or how to count to six.

This dunkin is horribly managed and has such rude staff. They refuse you service if you question them. They refused to make a drink that can be ordered in the app and at every dunkin store ( frozen coffee with oat milk) They come up with excuses on why it can’t be made and yell at customers. They don’t understand what an allergen is. This place needs shut down. Does not even deserve 1 star. Went to the dunkin in mentor ans ordered this with no issues. Told them about my experience and they even made a comment about this store. Just shows how bad it is

On my work break went through Drive through ordered coffee with one shot of caramel and cream on side with avocado toast. Ended up having to turn around coffee had 3 shots of caramel and cream put in it not on side. Turned around went in then had to wait for another pot to brew. Very frustrating when it should of been a fairly quick process so I could get back to work. Come to find out when I went to eat my toast it wasn’t toasted it was just avocado spread on bread had to just chalk it up at that point not going back a second time

First time coming at this location. I went to the drive through and the guy at the front window informed me that they dont have any food at this location. After I get to the front window he had his hand up his nose intentionly while he was coughing. They had plenty of food. The employee their obviously wants this location to shut down. Nasty rude kids.

This specific location needs to be shut down!!! I’m at Dunkin everyday. I went here and couldn’t believe I ordered ahead of time through the app, waited 30 minutes in line, gave my name on the speaker, get to the window for them to tell me they couldn’t make my order because they were short staffed. Once they did make it, it was burnt.
