This is consistently one of the better Dunkins in the area (and I’ve tried them all!) they move lines much more quickly, on average are much more accurate and make better drinks than other locations in the west side cleveland area. For those complaining, keep in mind it’s still a fast food joint during a recession/pandemic recovery period…you can only expect so much. This place definitely does better than most, and the employees are nicer too.

These guys do a fantastic job with dealing with the morning influx of people! The line is always backed onto Lorain when I go in the mornings and it moves quick, especially compared to other DD. Drinks are always made right and they’re very accommodating for people like myself who have food allergies and sensitivities. Hats off to them!

They have the sign up for medium pumpkin cold brews for 3 dollars. I ordered one, they charged over 4 dollars, despite the sign still being up. I informed them the sign is still up and they would not adjust to reflect the advertised price so I said nevermind. They got nothing for it and wasting the drink they made. Honor your posted prices. Back to Starbucks for me now.

My food was super cold and messy. They also gave me the bottom of the bread for my avocado toast so it was super tiny and I usually love dunkins avocado toast but it was soggy. I will probably never go to this Dunkin again and I miss my old Dunkin’ before I moved.

This place still has its bathroom closed to its patrons. A couple years ago, during the pandemic, closing a bathroom was a questionable, but acceptable decision… nowadays, it is just plain lazy and bad customer service for a restaurant. Not to mention, I think it may actually be illegal to not provide ADA compliant restrooms at a restaurant.
