Placed an order to pick up at 5:50 order wasn’t ready until 6:00 practically. Then I realized that they had made a cold latte instead of a hot one so I didn’t even get what I came for. They offered to remake the latte but I wasn’t going to wait even longer for something that should have been ready at 5:50 when I got there. I’d recommend going somewhere else especially if the management don’t reach out to me to try to resolve this.

I discovered this place a few months ago, when we moved in up the road. I don’t think I have experienced a cleaner, friendlier, more efficient, better run [place/business] anywhere. That goes for offices, eateries, banks, whatever. I doubt there has ever been even a stray napkin on the floor for more than three minutes. A table left needing a wipedown, no way that would ever happen. The staff is polite and respectful to customers, and to each other, which is even more important in the long run. It’s probably very hard to stand out in the Dunkin’ universe, but they do it day in and day out.
