We do not have a Dunkin near us, so this was a new experience for the kids. The staff was friendly and patient while my children made their choices. My breakfast item was delicious, but (shocker!)I was not really a fan of their coffee. Next time, I will try a frappe.

i go here all the time but today i had a very nice experience and thought id share 🙂 i got the salted caramel cold brew without anything added thinking it’d be sweet enough but it was too bitter for me so i called and asked if they could remake it with sugar and milk and apologized for being annoying, and the person did it with no complaints and was nice enough to even have me try it before i left again to make sure i liked it and offered to make something else if i didn’t. ive never had a bad experience here but that person really brightened my day!

They never have anything. EVER. they are always out of munchkins. When you try to order a chocolate glaze they’re out of that too. Manager showed no sympathy and basically said go take a hike it is what it is. This is not a good DD location don’t waste you’re time. I’m next reporting them to corporate.

This store never has ANYTHING in stock. The manager is rude, the staff doesn’t care and obviously the franchisee owner doesn’t care either. This place should gutted and reorganized with people who want to run a good store. Because this is not a good store. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible. Stopped by the Broadview Hts Dunkin’ this morning with my husband for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast sandwiches were tasteless (but edible if you’re really hungry) and the coffee was horrible. I tried one sip and could not drink it. It was extremely bitter (old coffee, burned). Went to dump it out and found grounds and sludge at the bottom of the cup. Hard to believe they would serve this to a customer ($1.89 for the coffee and $0.50 for almond milk really???). Not a great way to start the day. Should have gone up the road to GetGo, they have delicious coffee.

Busy as usual, but placed an order in app for in store pickup. Waited for quite some time before finally having to ask where the rest of my order was, only to be told they had no donut holes. Made no effort to tell me, or other customers waiting for the same thing, that they were gone & made no attempt to replace or refund them until we asked.

Perfect customer service, perfect manager, great food, perfectly made drinks.The employees are so nice they know your orders as a regular customer.
