every-time i go here i either get bad service or my drink messed up. i had bad service when i went here a few days ago, they were rude about not knowing my mobile order, but today i had the most awful service ever. i told them i had a mobile order and all they said was “ok” so i sat there because usually when i have a mobile order they say its ready or too pull around. then after sitting there for 2 minutes they asked me if i “needed something” i said that no one told me to pull around so i didn’t know if it was ready or not. they then said in a rude tone “yeah you can pull around” so i did. i took my drink and didn’t say thank you because i was over it and the girl literally said “ur welcome” in a snarky tone. absolutely terrible service. definitely don’t recommend coming here if you want friendly service lol. and i usually don’t complain. i work in food service and would never treat a costumer like that. do better

So disappointed. We got two Boston Creme donuts and neither had any creme inside. They didn’t even have a hole where they would have filled them up. Unfortunately, we were already home when we figured it out, or we would have asked for our money back.

The service is really lacking recently. I know they are advertising for help and I hope they get it soon. The wait in my car for service is unacceptable when trying to get coffee and get to work on time. Good thing I can use the Keurig coffee maker at work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As I myself am a Dunkin employee in another state. The staff here were so rude and very unprofessional I did a mobile order for 2 donuts and all employees just had a blank stare and suddenly someone asked what I was waiting on again in a rude manner. As an employee of Dunkin I will never again come to this Dunkin establishment due to the unprofessional demeanor of your employees. Please properly train your employees to treat your guests with respect .

Aaron and Bobby are amazing! My coffee was made correctly the first time around. They didn’t get upset with my requests and stayed friendly and patient the entire time! Definitely recommend, especially the night shift.

Do not lose your money here. Horrible service. Borderline illegal. They steal your money, don’t give you the items you’ve paid for because they close early, and then state that they can’t even refund you your money because they aren’t managers. I will not be able to eat dinner tonight because I spent my only few dollars on food here and was not given my food because the two girls working did not want to do their jobs. I placed an online order at 8:40 pm through the app, that included biscuit bites and a muffin. When I pulled into the drive thru at 8:42 I was told by Liza that they had already shut off their sandwich machine and wouldn’t be making my food items because they didn’t want to turn it back on. I then asked if I could have a refund and was told it wasn’t possible. How is this legal at all?

Place is run by teenagers. Spend money through the app here at your own risk. Liza will shut down the store early, still accept orders through the app then tell you they can’t give you the purchased food/drinks and will then say they can not refund because no manager is at the store. You will be out money & time going here.
