The drinks here are hit or miss. Just depends on who’s working that day. I’ve had amazing coffee and then there are days where I order a flavored ice coffee and it looks like murky brown and the flavoring is all sitting at the bottom of the cup.

Insanely packed and congested, especially for a Sunday at noon. Cars were literally lined through the drive through line and out into the side road and all the way up to route 224. I don’t mind the lines nor wait, it’s understandable and that’s also why there are ordering alternatives. I mobile ordered and waited inside the store for no exaduration 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged anyone waiting for mobile pickups at all and it was another 5 minutes until someone finally conversed with me and the entire wait was because staff had placed my order in the drive through line but I ordered for in store pickup. Iced coffee was half melted as you could guess, the hasbrowns cold. The doughnuts were good as normal, that’s the only decent thing about the entire experience. Won’t go back to this location! A close alternative location is the one on East Market Street near the highway on ramp.

I had placed an order online (like I do almost every morning) & this morning when I picked up my order it was wrong , there was no flavoring in it (I normally get French vanilla swirl) when I talked with Kaitlyn about it & she said that’s how it came through the app & I realized I messed up & never actually chose which flavoring to add , she said it wasn’t a problem & remade it for me without charging me , I felt terrible & she was so ungodly sweet. I thanked her a few times & apologized for ME messing up my own order. I tried calling to speak with management to let them know how sweet she was & how she remade it for me but no one answered so Kaitlyn if you remember a chick in all black wearing bright pink shoes & her hair up that was me & I appreciate you so much ❤️

Do NOT come here in the weekend unless you are prepared to wait over 30 minutes. Cars wrapped around the street out to 224 waiting on the drive-thru. 15 people waiting inside the store. Nobody getting served at all. Customers who can’t decide what they want with 14 people standing behind them.

Stopped in to get something to drink and the inside was filthy. The floors were disgusting, the tables were dirty. The floors behind the counter and the equipment was filthy. Pieces of food on the floor, not a good impression.Will not return to this location.
