I watched the lady make my drink with no gloves and practically had her nasty hand all up in my drink. The counters and the workers looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a week. I would put 0 stars if I could. Every time I come here they lie about the ovens not working just so they don’t have to make food has been happening for years, to boot the food is gross like it’s reheated because they don’t want to do their job properly and put in fresh food but just reheat stuff from hours prior. The workers do not care whatsoever about you or your food and they are terribly rude. This is my last straw with this location. I’ve had enough of the degenerate kids running the place.

There are a couple great employees that do anything and everything for their customers. Then there are a couple that are standing in back/around the corner playing on their phone or not doing anything. Then the way some of the girls tall to the guys or younger girls is just down right rude and disrespectful. If it wasn’t for my coffee being made very well I wouldn’t go there. (Columbiana state route 7&14 store by the way)

I stop at this Dunkin at least 3 times a week. When my order is correct it is always good, the problem is I feel like they sometimes don’t read the orders. I always order my coffee the same way and know right away if it isn’t correct just by the color, or if you order a chocolate chocolate doughnut I feel like they should know the difference between that and a yeast doughnut with chocolate frosting on it. The good thing is they are usually friendly and willing to correct it right away.

This place used to be the best one in the area. I can never ever depend on getting my order done correctly anymore. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but for the last 6 months or so they have been terrible. Today we got same order, same ingredients. One is almost white cause it has enough cream in it for 2 coffees. The other is what it should be like. I’ll probably start going to the north Lima or Boardman locations. The management needs to get it together there.

Friday mornings are rough here. they need to hire more people or get someone who is faster on the to go orders and is able to organize them. just recently there’s been problems with my to go order even if I order it like 20 minutes ahead of time. Today I stood there for 10 minutes and my daughter was almost late to school so it’s not even worth doing it anymore. And I’m pretty sure the whole time my to go order was sitting on the counter by the cash register with other to go orders instead of where it was supposed to be on the to go order shelf.
