Terrible service. Friend and I ordered 2 dragon fruit refreshers with green tea and 2 powdered donuts. The refreshers were nothing but green tea, nasty and bitter green tea, nothing refreshing about them. Also she didn’t give us any napkins with our powdered donuts and when I asked for napkins she gave me TWO LITTLE NAPKINS with an attitude. You literally have to put effort into grabbing only 2 napkins seriously. Ruined my day.

Being a 24-hour store near a truck stop, you’d think employees were accustomed to preparing sandwiches in addition to coffee at all hours. Apparently, ordering a sandwich at 11pm is a massive inconvenience for the particular workers this evening and a cause to curse and complain.

I normally have a good experience when I go to this Dunkin but when I went today the woman at the window was rude. I asked her how she was doing when I pulled up and she didn’t acknowledge what I said. After she gave me my order I asked for a cup of whipped cream for my dog. She acted so annoyed that I even asked and then told me she had to charge me for it?! I’ve been to this Dunkin as well as many others and have never been charged for a cup of whipped cream. I told her this and again she was rude so I just drove off. I get having a bad day but don’t be rude!!
