I tend to either pick up or drive thru on my way to work… this past week my coffee’s have been absolutely terrible. First time I ended up with 5 Carmel and 4 butter pecan when I asked for 4 and 1 in a large. Second the flavor was on the bottoms of cup and no ice, 3rd day I ordered, went in and no order was put through. It was definitely put through. Told the lady what I wanted 3x and she didn’t comprehend putting it in the computer to order. I wish everyone was trained the same making coffee’s, because they are never the same. Too sweet or too strong.. never consistent

Working here is not a good experience at all and no one seems to understand this place is run by teenagers. Sorry your coffee isn’t exactly the same, everyone is taught different ways to do the same things because teenagers are teaching teenagers. Place is run like a highschool and everyone just kinda sucks. Except the morning front counter lady shes the best. Just be patient with the staff because half of them are told they can’t call off for graduation so they’re not too glad to be here. They’re trying their best and the coffee was already bad, its not their fault. Everything is based on time. They have to rush or they’re going to get into trouble. Just corporate stuff.

Bacon avocado tomato sandwich is terrible. It doesn’t deserve one star. Roasted tomatoes not a fresh slice. It’s seemed like they put just the tomato skin on my sandwich. Avocado was a spread and microwave bacon . I’m just going to stick with the coffee until I can find a better cup.

I wish all Dunkin’ restaurants would teach all their employees about consistency. You never get the same drink twice, even though that’s what your order. I don’t underachieving how the same drink varies from location to location and barista to barista. It’s one of life’s great mysteries.
