I just went to this Dunkin and got a Large peach passion fruit refresher that was labeled on the menu 3.39 and the girl at the window said it is 4.65 and I took a picture and said no it says it’s 3.39 she said so it’s 4.65 the prices have changed and it hasn’t changed yet well I said politely can you just give me the 3.39 price and she said no I can’t well that’s false advertising I WILL NEAVER COME BACK I asked to talk to the manager and she said you can’t talk to the manger.

Ordered on the app on my way to work.(I was in their parking lot when I placed my order) The app said they were open and accepted my order. When I pulled up to the window they were closed. There was a girl in there but she was laughing and would not even approach the window to see what I wanted. I understand maybe she was afraid I was going to rob her but I doubt it.

Arrived at Dunkin dining room closed. We were walking. Went to drive through and were c told we had to be in a vehicle could not sell to us if we walked! Where are people who care about you? This was at 6:50 am. They were not busy at all!

I ordered a large macchiato- they definitely made it with what tasted like coffee (no milk) and then layered it with espresso. I knew it was wrong when he appeared at the window because the color was way too dark on the bottom part. He said “well I didn’t make it”..and still handed it out the window to me? He was so rude. It tasted gross. It was $5.89. I drove around the front and threw it away. I’ll keep my money next time if you don’t even have time to address an incorrectly made drink. Especially at the current prices!!

Extremely rude when we got to the window. We were told that they didn’t have sausage for a wrap so we asked if they could put egg and cheese on it instead. She looks at my mom and shuts the window. I watched her give dirty looks to my mom and grandmother in the front seat. She brings out the coffee and mom asked a simple question about THE SIZE OF THE COFFEE and she had an attitude about it. When we got our wrap it was thrown in the bag, unfolded, and cold. Then when we got our donuts they were also thrown in there upside down and smashed. Overall very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I can never get my order at 245 to 315 am on my way to work. I am always told they cannot take my order because there micro is up grading. So now I’m just going to Sheetz. Word of mouth on service is never good when you get poor service.
