I wish I could give zero stars bc it doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! The food was absolute garbage! My bagel had about a whole tub of cream cheese on it. The has brown 6 of them all stuck together tasted like cleaning products. The pumpkin donut had no glaze on it. And the pumpkin cold brew coffee doesn’t even touch Starbucks! I don’t understand what people love about this place. It’s horrible!

I ordered a cake batter latte and received cream and cake batter flavoring. I asked for additional coffee to be added to my latte and was told I’d have to pay to have more coffee added. I paid for a latte not just cream and flavoring. I was very disappointed because I have never had issues with the Columbiana location. This location always puts too much cream in the coffee. They also didn’t give me a receipt because their machine was broken. Overall bad experience. I will not be back.

I stopped at the Dunkin donut by Walmart yesterday around 5:00 to pick up gift cards. I went in and no one working acknowledged me but I waited and no one waited on me. Shame on the people working. There was one person working the drive through and 3 other people behind the counter. There weren’t any customers in the dining room. There’s no reason staff could not ring up my purchase or at the very least acknowledge I was there. A simple “we’ll be with you in a minute” would have worked

I wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL. Got a order of doughnuts and they were all smashed into the bag called and was told stop by Walmart and get some icing and put it back on the doughnut. This is the shift supervisor telling me this. I would love a word with the owner. 5pm 4-4-21

This Dunkin is my favorite location in the entire world. I visit frequently because I work right across the street, the workers there now know me by name and always provide such an amazing customer experience. They’re so friendly and bubbly and no matter how tired I am they always brighten up my day with a perfectly made drink. They also get the drive thru moving very quickly despite the fact that they only have one lane, unlike the other one across town. I highly recommend this one. I love it there!

Pulled up to window asked if I could add two more things to my order and was told that I “was dropping their time.” No one was behind me at all. Told him two things I wanted to add, he put wrong things in, waited forever to receive order, given wrong coffee, told to have nice day after given bag with half of the items we ordered, came out minutes later with one drink, again minutes later with another drink, told to have nice day, told him we didn’t get the avocado toast and said “we’ll it’s still being made.” Vanilla bean coolatta tasted watered down. Food was cold and soggy bread. Very disappointed as I’ve had good experience here before. One by Dairy Queen is better and faster. 100/10 don’t recommend one by Walmart, but definitely 10/10 recommend one by Dairy Queen, definitely worth the extra couple minute drive.
