You guys are losing so much business. When you have lines that wrap all the way into traffic, you either need more/better staff, open a second line for mobile orders (I’m sitting here waiting a half hour for a mobile order), or do some kind of reset to the parking lot. I can’t even park anywhere because of the massive line. Get it together!

Dunkin Donuts has a lot of choices, but figuring out how to make the perfect latte and cold brew has been a challenge for me. I feel like their flavorings and cream are on the”heavy” side. My favorite coffee/tea house drink is usually Chai tea, but theirs is a premix powder and is sweet like hot chocolate, doesn’t have a lot of Chai flavor. The donuts are on the dry side but I absolutely love their sweet pepper bacon croissants.

I’m so sick and tired of mobile ordering and still waiting no matter the time of day. It can be 10am it can be 4pm the staff usually puts the mobile order receipts on the table and waits for people to come in. I average waiting 15-25 for my mobile order every time I go in today I ordered at 10:02am and got my coffee at 10:23am. Plus the staff in the afternoon usually has music blaring on their phones and aren’t paying attention. Maybe I suggest getting a stable manager in this location. The point of the mobile order is to not sit around and wait but to show ten minutes later and grab and go. But instead I’ve watched multiple customers on multiple occasions get their drinks and such before me I’m done coming here I’m going to star bucks. Good service and better coffee is worth the extra mile for me I’ve finally made my decision today. Don’t go here

Well thanks for serving me coffee grounds. I ordered iced coffee, not coffee with coffee grounds all at the bottom. I’m disappointed, this is terrible. I spent too much money for “iced coffee” with coffee grounds at the bottom. I’d give this Dunkin’ 0 stars if I could.

if i could i would really give them 0 stars everytime i go to this location they NEVER get my order right. if i ask for cream and extra sugar why give me 5 pumps of cream and 3 sugar ? at this point i can just drink half and half straight and it would taste the same. not to mention if u say u want a glazed chocolate donut or blueberry 9 times out of 10 they’re giving you regular glazed. get the orders right please !

Thank you for being open on the holiday. I try to not shop on holidays but I had a huge migraine and needed the caffeine badly. So I came to the best Dunkin around. The staff was amazingly friendly. Actually seemed happy to be there. And didn’t make me feel like a jerk for coming in on a holiday. I did a mobile order and the wait was less than 5 minutes. There were at least 10 cars ahead of me. Thank goodness I was able to get my life juice. I appreciate you all working on the holiday.
