Donuts almost always stale. Frozen machine always broken. Staff is pretty friendly. But when it’s the closest one to you and all you drink is frozen drinks you hope for their frozen machine to work. But alas every other day I go it’s broken. Pretty clean inside. The only other complaint I’d have which is why I rated 2 stars is they are inconsistent. Sometimes the drinks look like they look advertised and sometimes they don’t. Even when specifically ordered like that they still fail to make it correctly.Then when returned tell me “if you didn’t ask for it that way we don’t make it that way” well then why advertise it like that then? Or I did ask for it that way and you just didn’t listen apparently. Again staff is amazing. But maybe they just need to slow down a bit and listen to the order. I understand if it’s packed. But 90% of the time I go it’s dead.

I’m a frequent customer at coffee shops and have been for many years. I just gotta say that this Dunkin is hands-down the best! Not only the best Dunkin Donuts IV ever been to, but it’s also the best coffee shop iv ever been to! The thing that really makes this place so good is that every single time iv been there the service AND the atmosphere is absolutely Top-notch. The coffee, drinks, and food has always been Great – this place puts other businesses (….Starbucks…..) to shame….. Try it, you will not be disappointed!

Insanely long wait, regardless of drive thru or in store orders. Waited 25 minutes for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Bathrooms are pretty gross, and the place is clearly under-staffed. Drive thru line is usually long enough that it’s blocking incoming and outgoing traffic. This place needs serious help.

Hate the new update!! The lobby and sitting area is laughable. Guess they don’t want people coming in and sitting down. There is 2 small round “coffee tables” over in the front corner and that’s it. My daughter and I loved coming here for an afternoon mommy and daughter date and sit at the high top seats facing the windows. I thought they would have designed it like the Cortland location but no, this is a huge miss!! I don’t even bother coming here anymore. Also they run out of donuts b4 noon sometimes. I’ve also waiting in front of the register for at least 5 min multiple times and no one comes to take order. Big fail Champion Dunkin Donuts!!

This location is horrible. 2 days in a row I had to complain about how my iced coffee was made. Each time it was made wrong. It wasn’t even what I ordered. And the girl that works the drive thru when I go there at 6am is very rude not once but each time I’ve been there. Apparently she’s new but her attitude is off the charts bad. She pushed my iced coffee at me so hard that I almost lost it. And then when my order was messed up and I said something to her about it she threw a fit. The only reason I stop at this location is because it’s the first Dunkin’ I pass on my way to work. This morning is and Will be my last time going to this location. If your unhappy about your job go elsewhere. Also if you don’t mess an order up the first time you wouldn’t have to re do it it’s that simple!

Have had terrible experience after terrible experience. The donuts are always stale. They did not add the flavor to my coffee this last trip, and the sandwiches were made incorrectly. We will no longer visit this location.
