Today is the second day in a row that my latte was made incorrectly. I called because I didn’t know if their beans or recipe had changed as this location is always spot on. She wrote my name down and during my next trip out, I redeemed the correct turtle signature latte. The staff on the phone and in store were polite and professional as I couldn’t help but to feel a tad embarrassed. The first sip of the remade latte was worth it. Thank you!

I’ve been to this location a few times and the drinks are inconsistent at best and the service is mediocre to poor. Drive thru customers definitely take priority over anyone ordering inside the store too. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes or more if the drive thru is busy. Having worked in food service, I understand being short staffed and busy. However, I don’t really want to spend my money where I’m literally being ignored for 15 minutes and not even acknowledged by the staff. I’ll make my own coffee instead.

i wish they would fix the Matcha Tea situation. it’s a very good drink hot or cold but if you order hot, it’s always barely luke warm. and if you get Almond Milk, it’s 1.00 extra whether you get a small, medium or large.

#1 Manager at this Cornersburgh location is awful! Tall woman with braids. She was rude, abrupt, made no eye contact and treated me like I was a bother to her. Clearly she should find another line of work because she knows nothing about offering a smile, being pleasant and treating customers with respect.

Customer service awesome. Enjoyed my coffee. Unfortunately doughnuts were a big disappointment. Stale (doughnuts could been easily made for bread crumbs). Fortunately for Dunkin though I’d still go and give it another chance. That’s said only because the customer service was outstanding. The gentlemen was polite professional friendly and curtious.

Yesterday April 28th I had an amazing experience at this location to young women 1 of them said it was their first job they were super bubbly & extremely helpful (w/ me having celiacs) so I drove back from Boardman tonight 1145p 29th of April. I ordered the lady was very rude, The way she treated me, looked at me, huffed & puffed, handed me or more like deliberately made it hard for me to get my change & my products, after struggling I left the $1.50 something. Sadly, I don’t think I can go back to Dunkin’ Donuts anymore, I understand it’s not really Dunkins fault but some of these locations have horrible mean people working there & this is my time I’m out & working & unfortunately it seems like this is when these people are working. It’s an hour later & im parked next door because I literally got that worked up!
