my experience here was nothing but bad. the lady didn’t scan my code for a free coffee so i had to pay $5 extra. i was standing by the counter for 15 min just to get a plain bagel, they had forgotten the cream cheese. my friend ordered a donut, and they gave her the completely wrong one. do no go here if your looking for good, fast service.

The place was so filthy inside I had to ask for a wet cloth to wipe down the seats my date & I were going to sit in. No one cared about the lobby where you can sit down & drink your coffee. It was run by young kids & they’re friends. There was coffee spilled on the floor where we wanted to sit, I mean a lot of coffee, No One cared. Lazy lazy lazy workers. Hope their Manager sees this review. We were appalled at how dirty & filthy it was. Someone should have kept the dining area spotless. Unbelievable!

I ordered the plain stuffed bagel minis and a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and the staff were so nice. Specifically, Cameron, he was the sweetest and so helpful. Very patient too. This location is very lucky to have such a nice employee like Cameron.

This particular Dunkin is our favorite. It is clean, they always get our order right and the staff is friendly. All the Dunkins in New Castle are filthy, orders are wrong, they are loud and most of the workers aren’t friendly.

I go to Dunkin every Friday and its been 3 weeks in a row where my iced caramel latte either tastes bitter or just like a heavy sugared iced coffee. Donuts are always great and the service is Awesome but just been disappointed with the drinks. For a few more dollars, think its time to get my drinks at Starbucks. It costs a little bit more but they’re always consistent.
