Went there this morning at 10am. The guy who took my order was very nice and helpful. The old woman at the window gave me the wrong drink and when I told her she said “we don’t have the one you wanted anymore so you’re gonna have to deal with it”. I was shocked to say the least. I said “you don’t have to be so rude about it” and grabbed my card and went to drive away. She then said “don’t snatch shit”. Now my 2 year old was in the car with me and repeated it. Just go to Starbucks.

Went here about 3 am to purchase donuts for Sunday morning. Everything went smoothly and service was great. There was 2 cars in front of our car and in mo time at all it was our turn.

Went in here to get a couple coffees and the lobby area was honestly every bit of 80 degrees. It influenced us both to get frozen coffees because we were melting in there but definitely needed some AC on that day. The table we sat at was below a vent and you could feel it pushing hot air out. It was hotter in there than it was outside on a 70 degree sunny day!

Navarre location SUCKS. Tried to go inside, and all doors were locked. Went to the drive thru, and the kid acted like he just got there. Service sticks, always out of what you order, which they can’t refund because it’s thru the app. Seriously need better service

The workers all have very bad attitudes. They forget my cold foam every time. They never mix my drink properly. They barely put any chai in a chai latte. The lids always leak everywhere. This dunkin sucks and needs new management and better workers.
