Clean restaurant, but everything else is awful. Always running out of things even right away in the morning like donuts, coffee flavors, and many other things. Do NOT choose this location. Better donuts and coffee at speedway right up the street.

I saw a big improvement in this location at the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year from previous experiences with this location. Unfortunately, toward the end of the school year we noticed a steep decline. I don’t like to go a day without my Dunkin’ fix but in the past 6-10 experiences the drinks have still been excellent but the food has not. We can taste some type of chemicals on the wake up wraps, and hashbrowns that we have never tasted before. Also the butter combination on the bagels taste like it’s exclusively vegetable oil which tastes terrible. I would think if it is a Dunkin Corporation issue, that I would have the same problem at other Dunkin stores. However, I have been to multiple other Dunkin’ locations in the area and order the same items and they don’t taste the same way. This location may need someone to service or replace their toaster oven or air fryer or something, and a better butter recipe.

This place is in a gas station. Howve dunkin side is locked. Go inside, it is blocked off by chairs. No signage. Twice this has happened. So if you want to get a 12 pack of coke and donuts. Prepare to go inside store to get coke just to hop back in the car to go around store to the dunkin drive thru to burn gas which the gas station sells. So locking doors with no signage is not a smart idea.

Ordered three different drinks and the order got messed up. I’m guessing it got messed up because everybody behind the counter was new and nervous. So I’m going to wait a week or so and go back and give them another chance and hopefully they’ll have enough experience under their belt that they won’t be nervous anymore. The place was very clean. Enough parking. Conveniently located so you can exit off the road get what you need and get back on the road quickly.

The Forest Park location need to come to this Fairfield location rescue. My opinion is that they have a big turnover rate and are always training an inexperienced worker. The only time I will stop here is if I’m attempting to give another chance in a desperate moment. I hope this store level up soon.
