We ordered donuts, coffee, and a breakfast sandwich at 9:08am and didn’t have our food until 11am. When I asked a manager at 10:32am why I still didn’t have my food she blamed it on me and said it’s because I ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk is the front register. Literally how you order food at any fast food restaurant. She then told me it’s normal for it to take an hour to get your food. I went “oh good. So then we can agree it’s abnormal it’s taken more than an hour than can’t we?” What an idiotic woman and food establishment. Be warned. This Dunkin Donuts is a wreck. If American runs on Dunkin than we are screwed. Do NOT order food here ever. They need to find an operation that actually functions. Currently is run by some village idiots.

Waited over 25 minutes for 2 egg wraps. When I checked to see if my order was missed , was told that since I ordered from kiosk, that they couldn’t guarantee time food is done. I asked what is acceptable time then, is it 30 minutes,40 minutes, an hour? The manager came out and I asked her what is anacceptable time for 2 wraps, and was told she would just give me a refund. She did come out with my food and gave me a refund. Just don’t order from the kiosk because I was told your order gets pushed back. Never going back to dunkin donuts at great wolf lodge or the lodge.

We stayed at great wolf lodge for 2 nights and went to this Dunkins location each morning. Aimee helped us both times and she literally is the nicest person we’ve ever met. She went above and beyond, my daughters loved talking to her each morning.

All the workers did was complain the entire time instead of getting the dunkin open. Horrible customer service. If not for the fact we spent the night at great wolf I would not have visited this location.

Horrible service. Took a whole hour between ordering and waiting for my order. Three coffees, 3 hash browns and 1 snacking bacon. Our coffee wasn’t even hot by the time the food was done. There was a team member that says she’s the only on that knows what to do. While waiting we observed her touching her hair numerous times with her gloves on and not changing them. She was also on her phone and touching everything without changing those same gloves. She was chewing her gum really hard, coughing without covering her mouth. Just disgusting.

How is this DUNKIN faster than the drive through ones. I was on line for maybe 5 mins or less that is usually not the case when you do drive thru. Employees are super nice. Can I just move this one to my area. Also my friend likes them too this is the face after he has had their coffee.
