Customer service is non existent. I mean literally not existing. I went inside and waited at the counter for roughly ten minutes no one came to the counter, although I could hear two employees talking in the back. I opened the door a few more times to let the beeping noise alert them but I was there. Again no one came to the counter. Called the store phone while I was in the dining room and no one answered they just let it ring. Finally at my last resort, I got back in my car and went to the drive through where I found success. Coffee was hot and good. And honestly the guy serving me seemed like nice and even apologized.

Went into location, got 2 Bacon cheese bagels, the bacon wasn’t even cooked all the way, both was cold, I’m not one to complain I get theyre busy but def need to slow down n cook correctly! I tried to call but no answer of course.
