Terrible people. It’s 5am, I’m a dasher, most places have the inside locked this early, so I came through the drive thru, they said come inside which is fine. When I came in they were literally talking negatively about me. They didn’t stop when I got in. Also I’m guessing I had to come in so this chick could sit at this table and not walk back to the line.

The food and drinks are fine. If you get your order. I placed an order online to pick up in the lobby at 6:33. When I get there, I see a sign that says the lobby is closed until 7. I already placed the order and saw it in my bank account. I called to see if they would bring it to me or give me a refund. They just let the phone ring. The drive thru is insane so there’s a reason I chose walk in. At that point I had no time to wait or get in the line. Dunkin’ needs to get their act together and at least say it’s not available on the app so people don’t waste their time and money.

Do not go here if you don’t have 50 minutes to wait in line or even inside. They need serious help. They used to be quick before the remodel now it’s a disaster. They take one order every 5-10 minutes in the drive through. You can tell when they atleast try and that’s not happening.
