I ordered through the mobile app on the 4th of July holiday. Just the day prior, they posted a paper sign saying they would be open until 6PM on the holiday. However, the app still charged me and no one was there when I ordered at 5:30PM. To make matters more confusing, the OPEN sign was lit up and lights were on inside. Several other customers stopped by and waited as well.

Awful customer service. Was scolded by the drive thru guy for placing a SMALL (2 items) order too quickly before arrival. What is the difference of ordering at the drive thru and placing a mobile order? Honestly was just trying to avoid speaking to the drive thru guy, since he always rushes people when ordering. I always thought highly of this location, but will not be returning after the way I was spoken to today. RUDE!

I placed a mobile order but upon arrival was told they had run out of the item. They offered a substitute which prepared after I got there. The food was good and the staff provided good service. The store is set up for takeout with limited seating for indoor dining.

2nd time visit and I can not understand why they are so busy. Both times my order was not good. 1st time they messed up and gave me the wrong donuts and they were stale. This time they got it right but again they were stale.

Drinks are always delicious, correct, and fast. When I ordered hash browns, it tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in ages. Or like they are frying things in the same oil that shouldn’t be fried together. Anytime I stop inside now, it smells like that oil. Staff is very friendly.

I decided to give Dunkin Donuts a try, because I thought it will be cheaper than Starbucks. I paid $4.65 for a medium chai latte, that wasn’t even filled! The cup wasn’t full!! Very disappointing!

This is probably the dirtiest Dunkins I’ve been to. I know a majority of people use the drive-thru but the counter is also a place of service. They were busy and understaffed. The place was overwhelmed by the smell of burning food and the restroom needed a LOT of attention. I love Dunks coffee
