Terrible experience. First time eating from dunking donuts. Never again atleast at this location. My sausage biscuit with a grape jelly turned into a sausage egg and cheese English muffin( and I don’t eat eggs) and my daughters tater tots came with 5 tore up tots in a bag. My chocolate milkshake looks like the milk is expired and corrugated. And almost cost $20

They never told me when my drink was done. So I had to ask about it. The drink was watered down, they forgot the extra sweet foam and extra butter pecan syrup I asked for. Then when I took the drink back they all stared at me speaking in a different language. One of the girls took the cup back and came back in less than 2 minutes with the same drink in a new cup with the sweet foam added to the top. But it was clearly the same drink because the ice had not changed. If she had made the drink over like she said it would have had new ice in the cup. I don’t like that they disrespected my concern for the product they provided. And the disrespect of lying about remaking the drink. It’s a waste of my money to pay 5+ for a drink I won’t even finish.

Wrong order . No Napkins. Is there a shortage on napkins or I appreciate the effort to save trees, or it’s just not polite to give them without asking anymore? I know COVID is supposedly down but I didn’t know restaurants were allowed to take food back and put it back on the shelves. This is after we drove thru the drive thru and pulled everything out of the bag to check our order. We watched them take the bag remove the items and put them back on the shelf with the supposedly fresh food ! I’m scared…. I recommend cleanliness please . I’m confused. Are they trying not to waste?

the parking lot/drive thru for this dunkin is set up kinda weird but what can you expect for a corner lot downtown lol. 3/4 drinks were made correctly, and we only had to wait a minute or two since we ordered online! probably won’t return to this specific location due to the weird drive thru setup, but if that doesn’t bother you then you’ll love this dunkin!!

This place is both dunkin’ donuts and baskin and robbins. Terrible service. They do not understand English. $.99 for topping and only got a small sqwirt. Also, hot fudge goes over the ice cream not on top of the whipped cream!

Hi everyone if -0 is an option I will Doit I ust have a bad experience in this store location. first they don’t welcome they have an attitude , I ask the cashier to please cancel my order an refuel so I can give my points and she told rudely that she can’t cancel the order and I ask for the Manager and someone name Jessica came and she was so rude to me and told that if she give money back she’s not going to serve me and I ask why ? I just want to give my points and she close the window door in my face and open es again and say I will give you your money and will leave I say I’m not doing anything wrong and say I calling the police on you and I wait for maybe 10 min the police never arrived for the time the I was there and she NEVER GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR MY FOOD , and I can’t wait any longer because I have to work , she stay with my money , And also she said if call corporate they will send her the email meaning it does Not matter what I want to do.
