The day time manager here is amazing. The cashier made a mistake and charged my card 56.72 for a few items which I didn’t notice until the next day. I never got a receipt but the manager took the time out of his day to view the cameras and make the situation right. He has made them a loyal customer . Always great customer service. Stopped for coffee and donuts. The coffee was very strong in the latte, a bit too strong for my taste. Donuts were good as they should be. Strange thing was a guy with a heavy accent getting in everybodies way, stop micro-managing already and let people do their job. I stood there waiting to place an order (only person in line, waiting for several minutes, was about to walk out) while he kept walking around and telling people everything but serve the customer, dude go home or at least let people take care of your customers since you seem to think it’s ok to bark out commands and ignore customers.

Honestly this is my least favorite Dunkin but it’s usually most convenient. BUTTTTT on Saturday 7/15 there were only 4 people working and I want them to know they are appreciated. A girl walked out right in front of me. They kept a smile on their faces and busted it out. Good job guys!!! Especially the kid making the coffees for the Togo orders and take out. Just stayed positive and friendly. These 4 deserve a day off.

Ordered pickup but not started until I arrived. Items were left out and the shift leader, Tiara, was extremely slow to address me (3+ minutes at 2:30 pm), didn’t understand me 3 times in a row, did not look at my order ahead ticket to see what was included. She slammed my bag down on the counter and stormed off ignoring my request for a receipt so I could fill the survey.

I came today for donuts. I arrived at 5:40 it says you guys don’t close until 6pm. Your open sign are on. It’s two girls that are working and failed to come onto the intercom and disclose that you guys were closed or closing earlier. I had to drive and sit at the window just to be even notified. When that could’ve been stated in earlier on. It’s Christmas Eve and that’s what my kids really wanted. Very disappointed and will never return again to this ghetto establishment.

The drive thru is supposed to be open until 8 pm. I arrived at 6 pm and sat waiting until the employees yelled out to me that they were closed. I had even called at 4 pm to verify hours and she told me walk in closed at 6pm and drive thru at 8 pm. Very unprofessional and not the first time I’ve seen them close early. If they were closing early it would have been nice to have been told that when I called. Never going back
