Slowest Dunkin on the planet. I keep having high expectations of this place because it’s on my way to work. I’m just setting myself up for disappointment. I always place my coffee mobile order on my way, so at least 10 min prior to arrival. Plenty of time to pour the coffee and add cream and pump of syrup. You would think! I always have to sit in the drive through 15 minutes before getting to the call box and then at least another 5- 6 min to get to the window. Then they NEVER hand me or ask me about the correct order. I ALWAYS have to tell them again what my mobile order name is and what the order was. What’s the point of stopping at the call box if you’re just going to ask me again? This is not good customer service. Do better! Train your staff better! Have a more organized system to the drive through process. This morning I left without my order because I had already been sitting there for 20 min and when I got to the window they hadn’t made my coffee yet. They told me to pull forward to the next window and I sat there for another 5 min so I just left. This is place is ridiculous! Save yourself some frustration and just don’t come here for coffee.

The service is great. I came in the afternoon and the team was fast, friendly, helpful. Watching them work together was refreshing. No bad attitudes. Store and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of available products. Food came out quick and was hot. The team leader was super patient with me fumbling my order and having to reorder a couple times.

I stopped in with my daughter to get a couple refreshers and donuts. They were literally out of donuts at 11am. We were in the drive-through and we proceeded just to get the drinks. Once we got to the window, they were also out of one of the refresher flavors. She was still charging me for both drinks until I asked her to remove it since they didn’t have it, but after checking my account, I was charged for both. The cashier was rude, and could not have cared less.

Ordering here can be a hit or miss. I stay clear from the refreshers cause it seems either their made wrong or let inside the bubblers past their useable date. The turkey wraps aren’t always made correctly. The coffee is decent at times

Eh my experience here has always been mediocre. Never bad, never good except for this recent visit. When the coffee I ordered was wrong, they argued when it clearly said the correct way on the tag and receipt. The coffee I got back was pretty bad, almost like the mistaken hot was poured over ice and sent back out. No proof of this but I have ordered a lot of ice coffee and this wasn’t it. I would brush this to the side, I’m not a nit-picky person but the fact that 3 out of 4 people I delt with were unpleasant led me to write this. Sorry but I don’t think I’ll return to this location for a while.
