There is a worker/or manager by the name of Zayne that’s just very RUDE. If he is management shame on him! I visit Dunkin’ EVERYDAY! and literally every encounter I have with him he can never “hear” via the intercom but literally is cutting you off while trying to tell him what I would like to order, I understand people have bad days but this is literally a almost everyday thing something has to give! I’ve also reached out to corporate because it’s not okay even when trying to be nice to him it’s ridiculous if I were the owner I’d be upset if someone was giving my business a bad name. I wish I could give zero stars, they had no food options. We waited ten minutes outside for our order bacon wrap with one piece of bacon on it, worst ice coffee/ matcha latte we have ever had. Definitely NOT a satisfactory experience. 10/10 would not recommend

Paid $3.89 for a small coolatta, and upon receiving, the cup was 3/4 full. I mentioned something and the manager said that they can add whip cream to make it look “more full”. I laughed and said sure let’s try that.

Drive thru on February 23, 2023 @ 8:44am person on the intercom lacked customer service skills. Never had a problem at any of the Dunkin Donuts locations to add white cheddar cheese on an Avacado toast with sundries tomatoes with the white cheddar cheese melted. She, the person on the intercom and drive thru window had the cook to put cheese on top of the toast (not melted). Thank goodness I had napkins and the rest of my order in my bag but no receipt.

Okay normally I don’t like writing reviews and I hate writing bad reviews or giving bad reviews about places but this morning. I’ve about had it with this store I normally go once a week to get either a bagel and donut and coffee or a Coolatta well this morning I went to go and get my morning bagel and my Coolatta Cosmic this time well let’s just say that I will no longer be going to this location at all my drink was not made correctly and yet again I am being charged extra for cream cheese when the last time I had got bagel with cream cheese on the side it had it in a cup and it was a huge amount compared to these dinky little ones that at their passing out now and no knife to use for when you say on the side definitely going from now on with A1 star rating at the store and I do not recommend going back
