Horrible experience!!! The customer service sucks…. I received old coffee 3days in a roll they had the nerve to tell me the coffee was made 2hrs ago and it’s still fresh???? They where mad when I asked for a remake. I come here everyday and spend my money get it together Englewood. General manager train your regular not to lie to your customers. They didn’t even stir it up sugar and Carmel caked to the bottom of my cup

I placed a pick up order here for 3 dozen donuts 24 hours in advanced for my husbands job and when we went to pick up the order they explained that they did not receive the order. At the time they were a little busy so I received no sympathy or solution. They gave me attitude and said there is nothing they could do. We then asked for 2 dozen of whatever they had and a REFUND because my card was charged. She told me because I ordered using the mobile app they couldn’t offer me a refund and I would have to contact corporate. She then gave us 2 dozen donuts and disrespectfully said this will be charge and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. Coming from somebody who has “No control over the refund”. Very upset and NEVER coming here again.

dunkin in general is always a hit or miss, I can order the same drink everyday for a week and each day will taste different. today I stepped out and got something new which I always regret. my coffee was separating- it looks awful. It was free bc of my points, and I was sad I didn’t get my coffee fix today- and on top of it it tasted like mint? not sure how that happen when I ordered mocha. I like the new manger too.

Very happy with this Dunkin, I read some of the negative reviews before posting, kinda petty in my opinion. They are busy when I’ve gone but always serviced quickly. The donuts are excellent, I can see Tim Horton going out of business next door soon. I never see cars there and Dunkin has lines and full parking lot.

I am very happy we have a Dunkin Donuts in the area again. The Donuts were great. The coffee is great. This is the only place where French Vanilla coffee taste good to me, I can’t stand to drink French Vanilla from anywhere else.

I always appreciate a nice decaf ice coffee. But when I say that this GM has some serious work to do- they do. I’ve witnessed management (not just gm) talk so horribly to these employees. I assume they have some high turnover. It’s one place I can get a decaf iced coffee here and i think it’s quite good. But I also love this community and it saddens me the interactions I’ve seen with the employees that live around here and this GMs poor understanding of how to treat customers when they come to him with concerns.
