Lived around the corner from this location for two years, and visited them almost every day. Never had an issue with staff or what I ordered. Recently however, I asked for a large drink with light ice and my drink was returned to me 3/4 of the way full, which has NEVER happened in all the time I’ve been visiting this location. This doesnt happen at any other coffee place I go to, so there should be no excuse for it. I paid for a large and almost half my coffee was missing.

The layout of the drive thru is terrible, the cars in line for the drive thru block the parking spots and prevent people from parking to go inside & then leaving. The car next to me had to half way pull out and wait 4 minutes for a break in the line to leave.

As a kid. I have always seen their commercials (time to make the donuts) but never lived close enough to one to try it. Now that one opened close to me and I could try it. I have loved their donuts ever since. My whole family, actually. Mom and dad love their munchkins. Wife, father & mother-in-law love their coffees, and my brother and I love all their donuts.

Walked in with my daughter to get her a glazed donut and it took almost ten minutes for the young man to help at the counter. He wS friendly. We then bought two of the worst donuts I’ve ever had. My 6 year old asked me if they were fake.
