Iced mocha coffee was made quickly. Was able to get almond milk with it. Typical prices of coffee shops, and the medium was a good size. The service was efficient and uneventful. I was able to use a gift card with no fuss and was shown my balance remaining on the card. This location was convenient as I was traveling around the area. It did not allow left turns from the exit, but an adjacent parking lot gave access to a light, which made for a very swift exit. There was also sufficient parking and good distance around the building. Would certainly stop there again.

Stopped by on a Holiday. My normal donut place was closed. I was able to get in and out quite quickly. The staff argued and bickerred amongst themselves, but did not make my visit unpleasant. I get the feeling the lady in charge feels like she’s running mission control at NASA instead of a donut shop, and she was pretty harsh on the younger employees. But my food was good and they got me out fast.

Walked in around 6 pm. Wasn’t aknowledged. we waited. Not even a ” sorry short handed”. Elderly female ignored us while the other employee was busy in the drive through fixing an incorrect order. Might as well close the doors if you get that short handed. I could understand that better than the mess we walked into.

This location on Woodman, just off the corner of Brandt and Woodman, is my favorite Dunkin. It doesn’t matter what time I roll through, whether it’s 6 a.m. or later, they are friendly and chipper and are examples of excellent customer service. Once to the window, they smile and tell you to have a good day. They don’t make me feel foolish for ordering decaf coffee and that’s a real plus for me. The other Dunkin I went to down the road rolled their eyes at me and huffed about it.

Third time here. Employees sound like they’re on their last straw, no good attitude or mood from them. I understand you might not love your job but atleast put effort into it if you’re gonna work at all. Donuts always thrown in the bag face down so they look nasty, no napkins ever given and the last one was so dry it must have been on their shelf for 2 days because it was so hard it tasted like cuban bread.
