If America runs on Dunkin, they should learn how to make three drinks as ordering one. Yesterday I got three butter pecan crunch frozen coffees and terrible customer service. I decided one more time to go back today and order the same thing and they were made just as bad don’t advertise a good looking coffee and only put in syrup. Butter Pecan? More like a carmel Frozen coffee.

I came to pick up an order for Door Dash. My brother was with me. He walked in to get the order which was right in front of him. The lobby was lit and the door open. The nerdy little guy at counter refused to give him the order and said you were closed. My customer already paid. I never see too much business there. The nerd could have given us the order. I will be calling the manager. The nerd needs to be fired.

I ordered one caramel macchiato and 6 donuts this morning. I had to go back to the store twice to get my order fixed. I was never given a receipt for the order to prove my order was incorrect in the first place. Mia and Shane where super nice and helped fix everything but when Mia addressed the ladies at the drive thru window to make sure that people get their receipts one quickly yelled out I always ask! No you didnt! It was rude and disrespectful to completely ignore their mistake and not take responsibility for it. As a person who has more than a decades experience in fast food and more than 20 years in customer service. The interaction with the back of the house was appalling. Own your mistakes kids!!! And at no point did anyone ask if I wanted to speak with a manager. FYI I TRIED TO CALL! 6 times before having to get back in my car a drive up there again. No one answered the store phone. I will never go back to Dunkin Donuts, ever!!!!

The staff is always super friendly. They look like they actually enjoy their work and I have noticed the manager constantly passing our encouraging bits of encouragement. (Ex: “Keep it up, team! You’re doing great!) I think that adds a lot to the staff morale.

I have been coming here for awhile, and I will say that this morning, was unacceptable. I came through the drive thru at about 5:40am before work, to grab my kid two strawberry frosted donuts, they normally come with sprinkles, so when I got to the window to pay and receive my food, he brings me over a box, that he didn’t close, and hands me two donuts with no sprinkles. So I had said that they were suppose to have sprinkles and he ripped the box out of my hand and threw it into the trash can all mad and then went and got me the right donuts and gave them to me, I said thank you and went to drive off. I was going next door to McDonald’s to grab a frappe so I had turned right out of there parking lot and could see inside the drivethru window, where he is DANCING WITH HIS MIDDLE FINGERS UP at me.. I’ve called the store numerous times today and they have not answered. I did nothing wrong for him to be that mad that he messed up the order. And I’m almost positive the manager was standing right there with him. Smh.

im a regular at this dunkin, I come here every single day. my friend ordered us 3 medium butter pecan crunch frozen coffees and brought them to our work (3 minutes away) yes I expect them to be melted but they wasn’t any ice or frozen left over. it was pure caramel NOT butter pecan, not sprinkles. it was sour and had only caramel drizzle. they told my friend “sorry you can’t tell the difference” that coffee was disgusting and they were rude and refused to remake it. DO NOT GO HERE AGAIN!!! can’t believe I go to this location everyday.

First time we had been there in years. Unsure of cost of donuts, individual vs. dozen. Looking at the big menu, didn’t see the smaller sign above the donuts. Staff crossing in front of us, no one offered any help…finally, got donuts and left.

Parking lot was SO packed, I almost didn’t stop in. Only ONE person in the lobby (?). Maybe it was training day… as there were a TON of employees. Dirty restroom, and lobby. Got one donut. Wasn’t fresh… nor did it taste good. I didn’t finish it.
