Not one to be a Karen, but had an order this morning at the Beavercreek Dunkin on N. Fairfield, which included French curlers and some hash browns. The hash browns all had a nasty fish like flavor so I threw them away. The French curlers were doughy and not fully cooked. Have been here many times before and never had this issue, but this was just nasty. The coffee and the toast and the egg sandwich were fine. My order number was 9061. Not sure what else to say, other than hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

LOVE Dunkin. Great menu items, BEST COFFEE hands down, and this location has the friendliest, fun, knowledgeable staff of all. Even with Tim Hortons down the road, nothing beats Dunkin, especially this one.

The Dunkin’ on Fairfield Road in Beavercreek has constantly gotten our orders incorrect everytime we have gone to this one. As someone who has nearly 10 years experience in food service I believe one of their biggest issues is the fact that they do not read back the order to the customer before processing the order. The food is always tasty but the people who ring up the orders could do better.

The beavercreeek Dunkin’ Donuts always gets my order wrong, the don’t mix up the sugar, and asking for a certain amount of caramel and not getting it. If I am paying close to $5 for a coffee, then I want it right. If I want a pumpkin spice latte, then I want to taste the pumpkin. Very disappointed.

There has been a sign by the drive thru for over a month to say they have low staff and to be patient. They have more staff now and the customer service is the lowest i have ever seen. I called to talk to a manager and the tone was rude and not helpful. Time to find a new place to pick up coffee.

I’ve gone several times and after noon, they’ve run out of sour cream donuts. Jelly filled are gone after about 3pm as are Munchkins. The young woman cashier wears the mask under her chin or at best over her mouth only. Says if it’s over her nose she can’t breathe. Nonsense. Wear your mask correctly.
