My wife and I frequent this place often, and we have never had a bad experience. The people seem pretty nice, and the service is good as far as I can tell. The staff is pretty accommodating to custom orders. Dunkin’ Donuts, for me, was a welcome addition to Lima especially being from a state where they were as common as convenience stores.

Eh. I won’t be back. This was my first time trying Dunkin, and I just wasn’t impressed at all. Everytime I ordered something They said they were out of that. I went mid day, so it wasn’t at the end of the day where stuff should be completely out. The girls working weren’t terrible. But it wasn’t busy at all. Nobody inside and I was the only one in drive thru, and they still had me pull to the front of the store to wait for my order. Not the worst experience, but definitely not a good one.

Ordered a dozen donuts on Friday February 24 via mobile app. I get there to pick up my order and am told they have no donuts as the baker didn’t show! I asked for my money back. Associate said I have no idea how to do that for a mobile app order call later. I call later only to be told you can return via the mobile app. I could not find a single area to do that! I do an online chat where I give all the info. They email saying please call we need more info! I call and the Yamin was rude and terrible English! Then I had to show proof via screen shot and show proof I had Dunkin rewards! I’m still waiting for 11.50 to be refunded for a product I didn’t receive!!!
