I waited at least 5 minutes in the drive thru without being helped. So I went inside and waited an additional 10+ minutes before I was even helped. My order online said one thing price wise and the girl behind the counter tried to say another to charge me more than what I already paid. ANDDDDD, I only got 4 TINY hash browns in my order that was $2. I will never return to Dunkin donuts ever again. Or probably never eat another donut in my lifetime because of them. I am seriously appalled

Half the time they are out of menu food items. Today I was door dashing I seen 5 employees 4 were maybe making a drink or bagging a donut every 3 minutes. They are not trained well or they are not sober. Cook Hope is a badass. She came out and helped make food orders go quicker and kick every one in gear, she had no help while every one in their long nails dilly around. Not happy unless your Hope, Hope needs a raise! Get out before that place runs your amazing self down Hope.

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes and nobody said anything. I pulled out of line and as soon as I did they were taking the next cars order. So we just went inside and we had to wait another 25 mins for a dozen donuts and a coffee. But they forgot the coffee. I don’t recommend this Dunkin whatsoever. I don’t usually complain about restaurants at all but this one is just awful with the customer service and wait times.

The service was great, the girls were really friendly, it was all fantastic till we tried to eat the doughnuts, they were hard stale, and it was 8 o’clock in the morning. How do you have steel doughnuts at 8 o’clock in the morning? We couldn’t eat them, we had to throw them away.

Staff is incapable for handling any rise in normal demand. They decided it would be a good idea to lock people out because they didn’t feel like fielding any customers in the building. Stood in line for a good 20 minutes without any communication from the staff. When I mean no contact, eye contact was completely avoided. No words were exchanged. Decided to leave, unlocked the door and walked out. By the way this is the second day in a row of trying to purchase something from this Dunkin Donuts. Sat in line for 20+ minutes in the drive thru. I was the 3rd vehicle in line. When I left, I was still the 3rd. I get the work might be piling up but it’s by there own doing. Was rolling to Eldora so I stopped in at Dunkins in Celina, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Would recommend avoiding this Dunkin Donuts and skip to the next one.

Slowest dunkin I’ve ever been too. Walk in mobile order, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my order after ordering it about 5 mins before I arrived there. Second time, we were in the drive thru for 15 minutes.
