The employees are actually fine….it’s the manager who is the problem. We visit this Dunkin’ daily because it’s the coffee place that’s the most convenient. And every single day we hear her screaming at employees and customers alike. In addition to her attitude, she has no idea how to run a business. The board that lists the mobile orders says an order is ready and it hasn’t even been started. One day she told a customer who complained about it taking so long to get his coffee that he was “welcome to not come back.” When she has the day off, it’s a totally different place. The employees actually smile and things run smoothly. I can only hope that she doesn’t own the franchise!

I just got out of the drive through. When placing my order I asked for a commonly known drink. The staff member said he had never heard of it ever. I pulled up to the window and asked if the woman knew the drink I was talking about and she said she did. When I asked if I could switch the order or add it to my order she told me I’d have to go back around and order again???? Then I got my drink and the milk in the drink had expired. It reeked and started to curdle. Worst dunkin experience. Will not go back here again.

This is the 3rd time my sandwich has been completely black & burnt. The coffee was cold. The employees were rude. If you’re looking for Dunkin’ Donuts I’d go to the one of Fall Creek and avoid wasting your money here.

Literally the WORST Dunkin. We live near by and it never fails they can NOT get a simple Iced coffee correct. I even told them it was wrong. Girl at the window moved it so I couldn’t see it. Then regrabbed it and handed it to me anyway! Of course in good faith I was hoping they fixed it. They definitely did not. Staff are not pleasant and appear miserable. Management clearly needs evaluated at this location. This includes them always being out of stock of product. Go at your own risk. This location is TERRIBLE!

And this is AFTER I stirred it! Signature mocha latte is also supposed to have a cocoa powder topping, no topping, barely any drizzle. Husbands iced caramel latte was nothing but espresso barely any caramel. Fast service, and very appreciative that they’re working on Easter morning. But come on Dunkin’ teach your employees how to properly make the drinks.

My mom tried to go in this morning at 5 am out of her way to order pumpkin spice since todays the well anticipated release day and the employee on drive through was ignorant and rude and unprofessional, if you want Dunkin’ Donuts pumpkin spice don’t come to this location you will walk out empty handed
