This is why I never come here! Like what in the world is this!? Sorry sir today you only get 5 hash brown because we didn’t cook enough… also btw they are soggy! Hope you enjoy! Idk it’s always something here. Last time we came the coffee was burnt. The time before half the food was missing. Then just going in for a donut… the icing look thinly applied or old. Bad representation for a Dunkin Donuts.

I placed an order in the mobile app, for pickup by 8:15 AM. I pulled up in the drive up, said I was there to pickup my mobile order which I’d already paid for, and I sat in line for 15 minutes waiting for my food. It should not have taken that long. When I said something to the person helping me, she just said the computers were down. Where I come from, in customer service, you don’t make excuses, you make it right.

Tried to order coffee and donuts via the app while on the road home during a 3 state trek. Arrived and nothing was ready and they straight faced said they don’t sell donuts at this location. They gave me a bag of bacon “to make up for it”.

Poor customer service srart to finish. They didn’t have what we wanted and still sold it to us, then offered to replace our purchase with bottled beverages rather than refund. Kitchen was clean and staff was friendly they just lacked in overall experience and skill. Our replacement food came out fresh but I wouldn’t go back.

This Dunkin Donuts is in a good location with access to the interstate. Restaurant was clean. The store had plenty of friendly help and quick service. The coffee was hot and fresh. The food I had was freshly made.

I love Dunkin’ as a company, but the employees at the Brownsburg location are consistently rude. It’s unnecessary. Almost every time I’ve gone through the drive-thru, it’s a negative experience.

It had been a while since I got breakfast here, the line was long but I knew it would be worth it from what I remembered. Did not expect to get hash browns that had probably been dropped behind the fryer. Caught I as I drove away from the drive thru window. Parked but the dine in was closed, the line was too long to get back into so I’m assuming they knew what they did but didn’t care to make fresh hash browns. I was having a bad morning and this did not make it any better. Reasons like these are why I stay away from fast food as much as I do.
