This is a particularly bad location. Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and the eggs were both ice cold. Asked the employee to remake it and she offered to warm it up again, which I thought was ridiculous to do rather than just remake it. She thankfully realized on her own that she should just remake it.

Coffees are made consistently inconsistent. Have never had a coffee taste the same from this place and they’ve gotten progressively worse over the last year. Got a coffee there today and it should have been an iced macchiato it tasted like straight cereal milk. It was definitely not worth $6.50, I will always take my visits to Starbucks when on this side of town. I will also be taking it home to add espresso of my own to it because it’s just that sweet and tastes nothing like a coffee.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant .. when I received it and opened it up to make sure it was correct .. there was 2 very tiny little pieces of bacon barely cooked.. I took it back in and she looked at and asked what was wrong with it.. she said there sandwiches come with 3 pieces of bacon … in reality it’s 1 whole piece cut into 3 tiny pieces.. She offered to remake it but it was going to turn out the same.. I said no thank you and got my money back.. Now I have been coming here on and off for years.. and it has never came like this.. I had also came to this same place yesterday morning.. and had ordered the same thing .. it had been right.. ‍♀️.. I won’t be back to this location… so for $5.55. Save your money and always check your order from here before you leave ..

Stopped here for breakfast, and I hate to say it, but this was the most disappointing meal I’ve had in a long while. An order of hash browns consists of only 6 bite sized rounds, 3 of which were burnt. Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant….the croissant was dried out and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The sourdough breakfast sandwich really stole the show, though. Cheese not melted, bread not toasted, and roughly half the sandwich was just bread. The eggs weren’t seasoned at all…..no salt or pepper. Just a bland rubbery disc. I couldn’t even finish it. Makes me wonder if this is how all Dunkin locations are, or if this is just a particularly bad one.

Everything that I order (wich all other locations carry) they say “we don’t carry that at this location” and never suggest something else.. staff seem in poor moods every time. Drinks suck 50/50 Probably because dunkin doesn’t pay very well.

What a shame. I was hungry so, I went to dunkin one of my favorite places to eat. I got what I usually get, the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagley. Then, they give me a Cressont instead. You may thing, “Oh, that’s not bad.” Well, this isn’t the first time. Everyone at dunkin doesn’t care about the customers. If you go, you’ll never get the right thing.
