THE 6AM SHIFT IS SO RUDE!! Idk if it’s because I’m BLACK or because I’ve told them my Carmel syrup didn’t taste like 9 pumps and I come to DD everyday so I know what 9 pumps tastes like! I was hoping I can give no star for this place… Moe got mad at me (the customer) over a serving of one jelly when I had Two breakfast tacos and a turkey breast sandwich. Then he look in my bag as I was not telling the truth. Then he took the plastic knife back I ask him did he really take the plastic knife he yelled my name is Moe I don’t care who you call I just than My God no customers were inside all while he’s yelling like a plan fool. I yelled back I will never ever be back again he said good. This Dunkin donuts never likes to give you napkins or no black pepper or ketchup. And All my visit is over $25 noooo more

What’s with the hours? Website says open til 7pm, I went through drive thru at 4:45, no one says anything on the speaker, I pull up and a girl at the window says they’re closed. Seems like many other reviews mention the same situation. Do they just close whenever they feel like it? Another Dunkin to avoid I guess.

90% of the time they mess up our order from giving us the wrong donut, wrong flavor coffee or giving us creamer instead of milk like I requested. Then when you ask them to redo it they are very annoyed. They do not have good customer service. I’m so tired of these places being able to mess up your order as much as they want like they don’t care and it doesn’t matter. Where did good customer service go with people smiling at the window or saying thank you. It’s all frowns, shoving your food to you and closing the window as fast as they can. This place went down hill fast. They don’t even give receipts anymore so you can review your order/server. I do NOT recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts.

This place went downhill fast. The employees act like you are a major inconvenience. Was told at 145pm that they were not serving food. Please educate your employees to be pleasant to the customers, we are spending our money and don’t deserve to be treated like an inconvenience to them standing around.

My wife placed a order for 2 ice coffees. I go to pick it up and pull in to drive thru and they are closed. I pull up to the drive thru window and they are in fact closed. The hours on there website and on the window says open till 9 pm daily. I see two employees of the store as i pull out of drive thru and ask why they take online orders when they are closed. The employee didn’t seem to care. This is the 2nd time this happened
