So I’ll be honest I frequent this Dunkin’ even though I know the service is sub par. I could go to the Munster location which is about 4 miles south but I always debate if if rather sit in the drive thru 10+ mins or make the drive. There’s always 1 lady working when I come which is usually after 10pm. Takes forever to take the order. Now as far as getting my order wrong I’ve never experience that. However I could’ve gone to several different locations for faster service. Or even gone to the store, went home and made it myself. I’ll never understand a business not wanting consistent sales at night but all of your reviews are the same. So instead of remodeling how about staff better and weed out all the bad seeds.. Do better management- Signed an annoyed local patron.

My personal thank you , to each and everyone of you employees at the 4614 Calumet Ave. Dunkin Donuts/ i’ve been to other Dunkin Donuts franchises,,And. The coffee is always different whether it’s hot coffee or iced coffee. The other franchises clearly cannot compete with this franchise. Quality consistency and such friendly employees. I’m sitting in the drive through and no response for almost 5 minutes. I finally say something and she tells me I have 3 people ahead of me That’s it that’s all. After about a minute I decided to leave because now you just wasted my time on my way to work. There was literally no car at her window, no one inside, no cars in the parking lot. Not the first time having an issue but that was definitely the last one

The best Dunkin Donuts in the area , and I go to 3 different locations while commuting to and from work throughout the week , the new one on Indianapolis and the one on Columbus dr This spot down to the costumer service is worth driving 10–15 mins on a off day!!! I’m writing this review after procrastinating to do so for some time but today is the day , this location made my morning today, my avocado toast was cooked to perfection with the bacon all cooked evenly , sitting on top of the avocado like it was a pillow , and I ordered a pumpkin spice ice coffee and I actually taste the SPICE been in this area in particular for 3 yrs and I NEVER had a bad order ! Keep up the amazing work, you guys have no idea the difference you make! Mornings
