What a beautiful Dunkin and friendly staff!! We are ecstatic to have a Dunkin locally now to get our iced coffee and munchkin fix! I was super excited that even on opening day after being opened for hours, they still had munchkins!! Most locations are out of them by 10am. The line moved incredibly fast and my order was made perfectly. We will be back again and again!!

So I was here for the first time about 8 months ago. My first time here, the service was horrible, and it took FOREVER to get my drink, even though I placed the mobile order, so it was supposed to be faster. If I had never gone back to the Lowell Dunkin after that time, then I would have left a 1 star review. I see that they have since changed and hired more friendly staff. Now today I went back for the second time since my negative experience and now the staff are a lot more friendly and my order has come out faster.

They have all the great food that the rest of them have but, not all the time. They run out of food items alot. We went on a Sunday morning at 8 am and everyone in this town knows that anywhere that sells breakfast of any kind will get bombarded with people after church services but, we were there before the churches let out and they were already out of Boston cream doughnuts and chocolate munchkins

I’m done with Dunkin Donuts. Their donuts and coffee are continually going up in price and now they want to charge you .50 cents if you order lite ice. I’ll go to Old Dog or get a dozen donuts from Stracks. Less money MUCH better donuts.

Stopped a total of 3 different times for the cap blast. All 3 times it was made wrong and all 3 times I waited ten plus minutes for my order. There is a woman there that is very rude and her mouth is very offensive as she has one broken tooth in front and the rest are black nubs where teeth once were. I am hesitant to take any food or beverage from anyone whose mouth looks like that . I was also scared to tell her the third time that my $6.00 drink was once again made wrong. I will continue to use Crown Points store where they have standards.
