Service has definitely declined over the years I’ve been going here my whole life and everyone used to be so nice and actually made good coffee but now I get such nasty attitudes and my drinks are always just straight up coffee every time I go. A Decent place. Restaurant is clean, as well as the bathroom. Pleasant and professional staff that completed the order quickly. Food is good. Slight mistake in the order but fixed promptly. Hashbrown order could be little bigger.

They were out of one sandwich I wanted so I switched they were out of that one too. My coffee was not made how I asked for it to be made it was disgusting. The only good thing in my order was the water and hashbrowns. Nice employees though.

I stopped here for some hot chocolate, they advertise the Oreo hot chocolate but it was out of stock. That’s alright the regular hot chocolate was still amazing! The staff was friendly and got us our order very quickly. The gingerbread cookie donut was pretty good. I dunked it in my hot chocolate so it was even better.

Donuts are constantly upside down in the bag and i think they do it on purpose. Everytime i come here the person in the window is rude as hell or just says nothing at all. On what planet is the customer the person who should be saying “thank you have a good one”. Never go here if you have another option.

An example of why I never enjoy going out anymore for anything….They have no clue what they are doing , and this is the 2nd time in a week something has happened. Went at around 6:30 pm for the $2 refresher deal. Was over charged and I asked them about it and they just looked confused and had no idea. Handed me the drink and looked completely different than what I ordered and I said it wasn’t right and again had no clue what I was talking about. So I left with an overcharged drink that sucks. Train your staff better!!!!

What can I say, yes, their donuts are not as good as they used to be but that’s all locations and nothing local stores can help. Order is usually always right and while they’re busy they are fast.

As of the past few months, this has not been a good Dunkin’. The staff are very kind, but often confused by simple questions, and they may not make mobile orders until after you show up. Although it is 24/7, it is drive-thru only after a certain time… not sure if that’s an official policy because the Dunkin’ website for this location says nothing about that.

I swear I wont even bother to order from here anymore. They ALWAYS mess up the sandwiches, and the drinks taste burnt. How you can manage to burn an iced coffee and not cook a sandwich is insane to me but go off, I guess.
