I like Dunkin’. The coffee is always good and the drive-thru usually moves quickly. I don’t personally care for the donuts, as they’re too “doughy” for my taste, but my kids like them ♀️ it’s very accessible as there are multiple locations throughout the area

Went inside to order,car line pretty long on this hot morning. Greeted by a really friendly face,young man was really cheerful and helpful. I bought my 3 bags of coffee and 6 donuts and everything was good. Got to have my coffee and my grandson was waiting on donuts ❤️great job young man

Hard to understand cashier and she didn’t know what they had in stock.. said they hall all bagels…after I ran threw 3 kinds I settled on a plain. Bagel was warm not toasted…cream cheese was dumped on 1 end and bagel mashed together…sad for DD.

They have went downhill. And with prices going up no one will continue going with the way they don’t listen to what you want and give you old or burnt food. Or they’re always out of everything.. I barely go once a month and I used to go EVERY DAY..and the new app update is AWFUL.

What’s with the drive thru, it’s horrible. Not just design wise either. Sat in line for over 10 minutes. Ordered a cold brew with cold foam and what I got at the window was the wrong drink and attitude. The lady then walked back up to the window and tried to tell me what a cold brew automatically comes with caramel, even though I didn’t order it with caramel. After repeating my order to her again, I was again told I was wrong about my own order. I told her if she wants to fight about a cup of coffee she can keep it and I drive off. What horrible customer service. Already being late for work, I stopped at Starbucks and received what I actually ordered without an attitude.
