They have always been a one in book , even before the remodel the same old ways just revamped. Same said service with a smile . My first time back I ordered a Large Carmel Craze decaf with oat milk and Sugar I received a Large Regular Carmel Craze Regular coffee and regular milk I could taste it right away . I went in the store so it could be made correctly the she proceeds to make it wrong two more times before she made it right. Now today my second visit I don’t know why but I figured they could get a Large hot decaf extra extra glaze donut and a courtesy cup of water, I was told right away we don’t do courtesy cups of water but we do sell water for 1.70 okay so no water I guess I get my coffee not right as usually. I tried with this location it’s a shame I have to go to the location off of Kennedy to get good service and quality products. Never again.

Every time I go if it isn’t the manager it’s wrong! I’ve asked for almond milk and got charged, but didn’t get the almond milk I let it go TODAY I ask for a double shot of espresso not knowing they charge $4.06 for it smh so when I got up to the window, I asked how much is a single shot the girl with the glasses and the same braid is looking at me all crazy cause “she doesnt know” the total so she says “I would have to delete it and re-enter it.” In other words she couldn’t do that for me, but she guess the number and I asked if I can get the single shot and she told me no because they already made it. lmao I’ve worked for Dunkin’ and I’ve actually worked at the same exact location Customer Service is Dunkins main priority why because we are the reason they’re in business so for an employee who’s getting paid under dunkin to not want to do their job is fine with me I’ll take myself to another owned Dunkin. The one on 30 is great by the way and there’s never a bad attitude like the one on 57th

I purchased an oreo milkshake and asked for it to be more shake than milk (because they’re known for watery shakes). What did I get???? yep, more milk than shake. I truly enjoy Baskin-Robbins but not this location. I thought I’d give them another chance because everyone deserves a second chance, but that was their last shot.

I legit got fired for using the bathroom at work. Jess the manager called me stupid & slow 2 different times in front of a line full of people and infront of my co workers made me cry on multiple occasions. I worked at savealot for 10$ an hrs in 5 days made almost 400$. I worked here for 10 an hr my first pay check was only 75 and my 2nd check was only 15. so not only was I fired for no reason called stupid and slow in front of co workers & customers Jess messed with my check.

I’ve never been to Dunkin Donuts so of course ordering for the first time you’d naturally have questions. I was just treated very rudely by Amber who was apparently upset I didn’t know the menu. Won’t be coming to this location ever again. Worst first experience ever!

I’ll have to say the Dunkin on 30 is way better than this one. Me and a family member ordered some coffee and a donut. Was trying to ask about donuts repeatedly but she kept cutting me off saying we don’t have that, or we have none. She didn’t even let me finish ordering. I was also charged tne full price of the iced coffee even though I ordered from 2-6pm. coffee came out okay. If you’re going to be rude to your paying customers then definitely won’t return here.

I Stay Closer To Broadway Location But I Drive To Hobart. Broadway Smh This Place Don’t Care About Customer Service Or The Quality Of The Food. I Have Braces So I Order The Hash Browns Often. Ordering Them From Here They Going To Be Hash Chips Not Hash Browns. I Asked To Have Them Replaced While Everyone Mugged Me They Did Replace Them However They Were Harder Then The First Batch. I Ask Why They Were So Hard She Said That’s How They Come Which I Knew Wasn’t True Being That I’ve Had Braces 3 Yrs And Hash Browns Have Been A Frequently Ordered Item I’ve Been Making The Entire Time At Other Locations Before I Moved Here. Also Upon Ordering At 8am My Donut Was Hard. I Asked Them To Replace That The Lady Then Dropped The Donut In The Bag On It’s Face Which Made All The Icing Of The Donut Stick To The Bottom Of The Bag. I Ended Up Eating Nothing That Morning With No Refund. It’s Out Of My Way But I Drive To The Hobart Location. Excellent Customer Service, Hash Browns Are Fresh, And My Donut Was Properly Placed In The Bag To Where The Icing Was Still On The Donut. Below I Attached A Picture Of The Replaced Batch Of Hash Browns. I Wish I Got A Picture Of The First Batch But I Had Already Trashed Them Before I Thought About It. These Were Awful They Also Went In The Trash.

Not five stars because the coffee is typically not exactly what I asked for. I can tell if it is dark roast, and I certainly know whether they have actually put the espresso turbo shot in it. But four stars because I know they are typically very busy in the morning, and they are very pleasant nonetheless.
