ordered coffee last time and asked for a sweet and low and creamer in it, she put 6 of each in it. then put 12 of some kinda of syrup in it (like put down on the order) but got the other drink in the order perfect. I didn’t want to bother her with making it over again so I just sucked it up and drank it and looking back I’m surprised I didn’t go into a diabetic coma

I ordered 2 dozen donuts and a drink on the app. Said I’d be there in 20 minutes. Pull up, they were out of the ones I wanted… ok fine. Then they proceeded to completely missed my second dozen I ordered. They told me to pull to the front and they would bring it out. I waited 15 minutes, finally go back in and nobody knew anything about. They were out of the specific ones, and I was irritated so I just had them put in whatever. The gentleman who helped me when I walked in was very apologetic, but the ones who told me to pull around just looked at me like they had no idea. I hadn’t been in months, but thought it would just be easy…. Apparently I was wrong. Guess that’ll be my last time…. Or at least at that one.

I ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant and a hasbrown at 11am. My hasbrown was 1/4 full only like 5 hasbrown in the bag! And my croissant was substituted for a muffin cause they was out of croissants, and the cheese was missing and the sausage tasted hours old and like a dishes… Stay away!!!!!

1st of all is very difficult to enter and drive way to enter has crater sized potholes to try to avoid. Ordered at the drive thru this morning only 1 other car at the time and about 4 people in the drive thru area when I pulled up. . Ordered Avocado bacon tomato sandwich. Got to the window & she had to re-ring my order. Had to park & wait which was fine but my order had about 2 tomatoes & no bacon so literally was plain avocado toast not what the whole sandwich is called. The girl also dropped my credit card as she was handing it to me. That was my 2nd time there and the 1st time wasn’t great either. Definitely do not need to go back.

No issues with the products, but every person at the counter and drive-thru treats customers like an inconvenience (the only exception being the gentleman with the reddish hair who is incredibly kind). The attitude of essentially all the young women who work here is awful. Cheer up or go work somewhere you don’t need to deal with human beings.

Ordered two coffee drinks- vanilla latte and a signature Carmel latte. They were both equally terrible neither had any Carmel or vanilla taste to them just tasted like coffee and a ton of milk. Disappointed that I wasted my money there. Stick to donuts.

Took the grandkids to get donuts on Sunday morning. The variety was limited. Kids found something they wanted. Consistency of the product itself. I find cheaply made. I would let the kids go again if they wanted. But it’s not my first choice when I consider where my money goes. There is no fixing mass produced come in comparison to small batch. It’s a price paid for convenience. Dunkin. I remember the donuts from the 80’s. Customer service was awesome. Happy friendly cashier. Store was clean. Store was busy. Parking lot needs fixed.
