I’m done with this location.. I’ve had several issues from this particular store including, cold food, burnt food, and bad attitudes.. I used uber eats this time and received a completely different order than the one I placed… They never answer the phone, and when you actually go to the location, they make you feel as though they’re upset your there…. Do yourself a favor people, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION…

Usually I come here to buy breakfast, but this is my last time coming in. I went and I bought me a sandwich and got me a large coffee with extra sugar and cream. The sandwich was burnt and it was disgusting, it may also be expired as well. The coffee was okay. I also went in side and it was really dirty, it was disgusting. Hopefully inspection comes in here undercover. And also even the manager does not even care about their job, the manager is a big lady, and I seen the make food without gloves when she works and sadly, yells at the poor kids that work there. And Starbucks is better and is down the street.

I have been in customer service for 20 years seen and done it all. I get the frustration in a job like this but I was always taught to give it 100% an do it with a smile. No one here seems to to have any care in the world. I keep seeing issues about the manager here an its sad that this is the standard you have set to your employees. Says a lot about you, they need new management in asap other wise this place is going to sink in a matter of time. Your customers provide your livelihood do better

I ordered this morning and wasn’t a fan of one of the refreshers so I waited patiently for an employee to notice me so I could ask for a replacement drink at least, and I heard the overweight white female manager on duty make a rude comment on me “staring” through the window. The young female employee with the pretty makeup and the black and blue hair was super kind and understanding. Her energy was awesome, loved the vibes. Her customer service and the food is the only reason I’m giving them three stars.

I ordered to get a breakfast sandwich, it ended up being cold. First off, They were rushing us to order something as I was looking at the menu. I happen to be in the parking lot to stop and eat because I was hungry, so when I ate my sandwhich I saw that it was cold so I went back to the drive through to let them know, they seem like they had a little attitude, and they never said “I’m sorry about that” however they did get me a new sandwich. That one was cold as well. Me and my husband left and said let’s go somewhere else. I’m not one to complain much, but the amount of unprofessionalism I just experienced was ridiculous. Don’t go here & don’t even waste your money. We don’t plan on coming back.

I went through the drive thru at 6:20 pm a few weeks ago. I was told that I couldn’t get my choice of drink because they were cleaning the machine for the night! The hours posted stated that they were open until 7 pm! They lost my business and the business of the friends that I was purchasing drinks for! Why post hours until 7 pm if you can’t provide service?

This is hands down the worst Dunkin ever. 2 years ago they gave me a frozen sandwich. I swore to never return but decided why not. Placed a mobile order and after waiting 32 minutes I asked where it was. The worker looks at me and walks away so I asked again. Another employee starts screaming that I have an attitude over my doordash order. No, this is a mobile order from the dunk app. She continues to yell about me to all the other coworkers and says she can’t wait for her shift to end. I will never return even if the world ends and this is the only water on the planet
