07-15-23 I asked for a recommendation for a coffee that was lower in sugar and a bit higher in caffeine and was not disappointed. The opening staff at this location were much friendlier and helpful than the staff at the location closer to my house. I’m usually not a huge fan of Dunkin’s… donuts, but these ones were fresh and tasty!

If i could give 0 stars I would. I went and there was no other customers. It took the staff 20 minutes to get me my avocado toast. I do not usually post this but this was horrible. They had no manners. And my bread wasn’t toasted and it barely had an avocado on it so I am confused why it took 20 minutes for one thing.

Every time I order on the app I go atleast 20-30 minutes later and my order is never ready . They also never have what was ordered or as I am waiting for my order that was placed 30 mi utes prior and should have been ready when I got there which is the whole point of mobile ordering they continue to ring up other and then run out of what was in my order. While I am stand in there waiting for them to finish mine. This is horriable customer service

Your costumer service sucks. Took 20 minutes to get drinks. The girl gave us the wrong donuts, was so rude when I said grande and she did not know what that was so she gave me the rudest look and said we only have small medium or large and a said medium the girl was just letting one of our drinks sit there while she got distracted and was helping out this old guy. We will never u mean NEVEr be going this to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Cold or burnt food. Coffee is usually good but if you order within an hour of their store closing, they’ll say their coffee machine is broken. I’m assuming because they don’t want to have to make more.

ordering online my specifications and getting to the store only to find out both my food choices and drink choices are sold out puts a damper on the morning. i don’t know if it’s a corporate thing, and that there are delays and shortages. i would have chosen another store to get my items. they accommodated very well for me but it’s frustrating to have to wait even longer for my mobile order, to now be remade as something completely different and make me late to work

Walked in with my son on a Saturday around 9 AM. Never greated and waited 4 minutes without being greated or acknowledged. So we left. Plenty of other places that value customer service around.

I am not joking when I say that every time I make a mobile order it is never right. Whatever type of system they have in place to hand out the food at the drive-thru for mobile orders is terrible. They will either not give you everything,even though it is right there or they just plain get the order wrong. Last two times I was there, I had to remind them I had donuts and muffins as they closed the window. Then realized after the fact that I didn’t even get the correct donut holes today. The time before that they forgot my hash browns. I went back for my hash browns after I got to work and realized I didn’t have them. When I told them what happened at the window they gave me my old cold hash browns that had been sitting there for 30 minutes. This place is ridiculous!!! Get your self together Dunkin! Better coffee and service at Lassus Higher Grounds!!

WOW! That’s all I can say. 20 minutes in the drive up for a carmel macchiato hot, 2 cars ahead of us. Kids running the place with no idea what they’re doing. They didn’t even start the drink until we got to the window to pay and still waited 5 more minutes. Either get new management and staff, train them properly, expect more from your staff to responsibly run a business or just close now! I’ll never go to that location again. I would think the franchisee would want to do better. Now that you know, do better! PS…. The girl at the window kept wiping her snotty nose on her sleeve then handed us our 20 minute drink. Disgusting!
