Placed my order and it was accidental made wrong, I called the store to inform them my order wasn’t correct. The manager Betsey handled the situation perfectly apologized for the inconvenience and explained they have some new hires and offered to replace my whole order due to the inconvenience, I politely declined and only asked for the sandwich to be remade. When I got there the second time staff was extremely polite and efficient. Overall good experience we all make mistakes but it’s the way the team responded that impressed me.

The entire restaurant was very sticky. The service truly sucked, both my children aged 7 and 9 finished their entire meal before their Small iced cappuccino was made for them.. the food was not very good and the staff never changed gloves so when they handed us the food the entire outside of all the packaging was covered in icing from donuts so everyone got all sticky. The bathrooms were gross and the toilet flush handle was broken as well. The staff was very unprofessional and arguing with each other, we were one of only 2 groups inside and they took forever to do anything.

Placed a mobile order and when I walked in there was 4 other customers in line or waiting. I stood in the pick up area for 15 minutes before being acknowledged by anyone while everyone else that had just ordered in line continued to get their food, for some reason the employees wouldn’t even make eye contact with me which I found odd. I was quite shocked when another man walked up and was helped right away because he placed a mobile order as well. A kind man who noticed how long I was waiting stepped in and told the employee I was one of the first people there. I didn’t want to cause a scene or make it a big deal so I just thanked him for stepping in and just mentioned how long I waited to the employee. I didn’t want to bring into play the fact that I was the only Latino there but started to feel some embarrassment when I was the last customer in the lobby when I finally got my food and drinks. Unfortunately I had to return because my girlfriends iced coffee tasted horrible so we went in to get it remade, when we tried to speak to the manager about the bad experience she had an attitude and didn’t seem to care, she kept interrupting us both. She told us she didn’t have an answer as to why I wasn’t helped and everyone else was but she was sorry. I was respectful and told her how they made me feel although she didn’t seem to care. Just went here to grab some food at 11am and had the rudest cashier with curly hair. He came up and before even acknowledging us put his foot on the counter to tie his shoe. Was nothing but rude to us, we ordered sandwiches and he didn’t tell us they were out of the croissants and had an attitude about asking what we wanted the sandwich on after ordering a sandwich usually on a croissant. Then proceeded to talk badly about us with his friend working the drink station. The cook in the back was very nice though.

This place is absolutely disgusting i called earlier to ask if i could stop by for a remake since the other store Lima rd the one that’s gorgeous heard my order wrong and i just wanted a remake since i was closer to this one now and the guy answered the phones rudeeee saying why should there mistake cost us money we’re not connected to them like whattt remake a drink for a customer you have got to be ridiculous no customer service skills as well as i think he might have been the manager which is just insane that anyone would pay someone to do such. Disappointed and disgusted with this location. He ended the call by saying figure it out.

No matter where I buy my coffee I can never enjoy it unless it is at Dunkins. I love the brew because it is not strong since I drink my coffee black without sugar. My daughter is a fan of their cold drinks. Always a pleasure. Not to mention their prices are decent and they always have good deals.
