Been here twice. Drive thru takes a while so expect to wait. First time it took 15 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Second time they couldnt make coffee because their machine broke. Rather spend extra money and just get Starbucks across the street.

If you don’t have the Dunkin’ ap, get it. If you like earning free things and spending very little on coffee, in comparison to other shops, this is the place for you! If there is ever an issue, the Dunkin’ I frequent makes up for it. The baristas are amazing, and the blueberry donut and apple fritter satisfy my sweet tooth.

After waiting over 10 minutes for 2 drinks and 1 donut. We got a donut which looks like someone took a bite from. One of the coffees wasn’t even ready when we got to the window, when they asked what else we were waiting for, and we told them a HOT toasted white chocolate latte. They gave us an iced coffee, they even asked twice if it was Hot or iced!

Writing this as I sit at the window. Waited 5 mins while someone smoked then took my order. Watched one employee text on her phone instead of cashing me out. Sat in the drive thru 15 mins. And my order was still wrong. Handed me one sandwich and no donuts. He was the person to take my order and then came to tell me that he doesn’t have the donuts I ordered. So he took my order wrong, only fixed half the order, did not have the donuts after repeating my order. I have now been sitting here for 25 mins from start to finish. All for my hungry child who picked this to still be hungry. I understand that everyone is under staffed. But I’d rather drive 30 mins than to spend one cent here ever again.

I am upset I love Dunkin coffee, I get the butter pecan one everytime last few times, I have gotten them they have not been made right! They taste horrible !! Please start making them right thank you! They are being made different every time ! Definitely not how I used to get them!
