If only I could give this place 0 stars. This chain is absolutely disgusting. They have people managing the store that don’t understand good customer service or better yet how to serve fresh food. We ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese english muffins and they both tasted absolutely rotten. One of the coffees we had ordered, a vanilla bean frozen coffee, and it was all mostly syrup. We also called the location shortly after noticing a pebble which chipped my significant others tooth. The manager had told us, he could not give us a refund??? I highly suggest if you dont want food that tastes contaminated then stay away from this Dunkin’.

1st went through the drive-thru my coffee was not even drinkable the manager did offer to refund the other drink purchase however I just asked if I could have a new drink…..I went in for a new drink the girl was very nice the other worker a boy was also kind there was not a big selection of donuts available the one I chose was alright they didn’t change me for my order. The store was very clean looking but I have to say I’d rather go to another coffee shop in the future hopefully they come up with better tasting drinks

Both my boyfriend and I ordered a fresh pack (12 oz.) of the Strawberry Dragonfruit ice cream through Uber Eats from this location and got everything but. I received a flavor that’s not even on the menu, something bright pink with white chunks in it? My boyfriend got the Very Berry Strawberry. I’d understand if they ran out and just canceled the order, but to just give us the wrong thing twice without saying anything? Very frustrating.
