The worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Both of my frozen cappuccino’s were not frozen whatsoever and half empty, my ham and cheese croissant was almost frozen in the middle. Glad I wasted 40 minutes in the drive thru and $20. Not sure why they’re open if the one employee they have can’t do their job.

The bread I got was not sourdough and the hash browns was 6 round small microwave warmed up non crispy lumps of potatoes. High priced even on top of it!! Slow service. I’d have had a better experience at mcdonalds!!

Nice young lady took my order and gave me part of my order. I had to go back to get my coffee and that was a wasted trip. My coffee had so many coffee grounds in it. I thought that they sold me a bag of coffee. I will not be going back to this location ever again. Buyer beware of your coffee.

I ordered two dozens of donuts to pick up, the staff told me there were 4 of them out of order so I told them that replacing those with any others would be fine. After I arrived home and opened the box, only 7 donuts in one of the box which was supposed to be 12…… Is this how they ran the businese? Absolutely rediculous!

I was in Detroit to see the Tigers game and on my way back I stopped at this location to get a coffee and some doughnuts, the store seemed very clean and they share the building with baskin and robbins, coffee and were fresh. The only thing is that they are doing construction outside the store and there was no place to park. We wanted eat in but (the entire strip mall parking is under construction). all in all everything was good!

Usually the order is correct & coffees taste great depending on which server is attending. One just doesnt care, drinks are leaking, too much sugar, wrong donuts Incorrect labels!!!. Now the other server is perfect. All coffee choices & food is perfect.

They have no idea what they are doing. I was picking up an order for someone else , which was a hot drink. The girl working tried to give me a cold drink in a hot cup. I had her remake it because I didn’t want to be held responsible for her mistakes. New one barely even felt much better
